To do Business Planning you need to know the market or otherwise your Business Plan will be worthless. The best thing is to keep track of the customers trends and market competition and then do Business planning considering all the things I told you before.

Some companies have a lot of people to Plan Business and that’s good because they can do a brainstorm which always helps getting good ideas for the Business Planning.
Remember that is always good to increase quality like getting some nice signs, or doing a parking lot, having a better response time. There are many things you can do to increase quality and you should state your strategy in the Business Plan to make sure you achieve it.
A Business Plan is good when you got other people following your orders like managers and so on, making a Business Plan allows other people in your company to be updated with whatever you want for your company.
